Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:45 AM CET are shipped within 48 hours from our EU warehouse
in XXX, Sweden. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday (couriers do not pick up on weekends). Couriers like UPS,Early Bird,
DHL, PostNord, DB Schenker, etc., collect packages once per weekday, usually after lunchtime, and bring
them to the nearest sorting terminal for the first scan.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on your country and its local customs
procedures. Please note that international orders may experience delays during customs clearance, and some
shipments may be subject to additional customs fees depending on the carrier available in your region.
- Since our orders are shipped from within the EU, customers outside the EU may be required to pay local VAT,
customs duties, and additional import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s
customs office.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage fees apply.

- As a growing business, we’re actively exploring ways to make international orders smoother and more
affordable. Some improvements require local registrations and legal processes, but we’re working on it and
prioritizing regions based on demand.
We offer free shipping within the EU on orders over €65. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be
shown at checkout.
You can usually request changes to the quantity, product, or possibly the address within the first 12 hours
after placing your order. If the order has already been fulfilled, changes will no longer be possible. Please
contact customer support as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
If you need to cancel your order, we may be able to do so within the first 12 hours. However, we can’t
guarantee cancellations, as we receive a high volume of orders and your order may already be processing.

Missing or Wrong Items / Damaged Orders
We work with a trusted third-party logistics partner who helps pack and process all orders. While we have systems in
place to minimize mistakes, they can still occur on rare occasions (we wish they didn’t!).
If your order arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
so we can file a claim and help resolve the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Here’s what to do:
● Email us at hello@alorasilk.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
● Please attach the following photos:
○ A photo of the outer bag the item came in (with the label visible)
○ A photo of the item you received, clearly showing the issue (wrong item, size, color, or model)
○ For missing items, include a photo of the packing slip
○ For damaged items, include photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item
● Our team will personally review your case and reply within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
If your tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier
directly to file a claim. Once you have a proof of loss or claim confirmation, please share it with us so we can
assist further.
Claims for packages marked as delivered must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Our pillowcases and sleep masks are made from silver-infused mulberry silk.
- Our scrunchies are made from 100% 23-momme mulberry silk.
Momme is a Japanese measurement used to indicate the quality and weight of silk—the higher the momme, the
finer the silk. All Alora essentials are crafted from 23-momme, 100% mulberry silk, one of the highest grades
available.
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a certification that ensures every product has been tested and verified to be
free from harmful or toxic substances.
For the best experience, we recommend a lifespan of up to 2 years when your item is washed and cared for properly.
You’re welcome to return any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your
order.
Please note that returns are free when you choose Store Credit.
If you prefer a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded.
1. Items must be in their original, re-sellable condition — with tags attached, unused
(aside from trying them on), unwashed, and free from any marks or stains.
2. Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned.
3. Original shipping fees, customs, and import charges are non-refundable.

It’s very easy to get started. Just email us at hello@alorasilk.com to request a return, and we’ll send you the
instructions.
- Please note that items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
- If your return is approved, we’ll let you know by email. Your refund will then be processed and applied either to
your original payment method or as store credit, depending on what you selected.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the
shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees may also apply when relevant.
- Once you’ve submitted your return request and shipped your items using the provided return label, it typically
takes 2–3 weeks (often sooner, depending on your country) for your package to reach our warehouse.
- After the return team has inspected your items, your refund will be automatically issued minus the return label cost. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been triggered. From that point, banks usually
take 7–10 business days to process the payment back to you.
- For orders paid through Klarna, the refund (minus return label cost) will automatically update your Klarna
invoice. We recommend checking your Klarna app for the latest status.
- If you chose store credit, your credit will be sent to you by email as soon as your return has been dropped off
with the designated carrier.
For the best care, we recommend washing your silk using a pH-neutral liquid detergent and placing the item in a washing bag.
Choose a delicate or hand-wash cycle at 30°C, and avoid spin-drying. After washing, simply air dry or hang dry, and gently iron
on low once fully dry for a smooth, soft finish.

Tip:
Place a dry towel in the machine during the spin cycle to absorb excess moisture and speed up drying time.
We recommend washing your pillowcase every 10–14 days to keep it fresh and clean.
